A world-class AI for every neighbourhood shop in India.

Customers already order on WhatsApp. Now it runs itself.

No more orders lost in chat. No more forgotten khata. Flinkk Shop turns your shop's day into one live list - what to pack, for whom, by when - with bills, khata and an AI that watches your numbers.

Take your first WhatsApp order the same day you sign up.

A WhatsApp chat where a customer orders vegetables and the shop confirms instantly, an AI card answering which items to stock more of, and a to-deliver summary

A Tuesday on Flinkk Shop

Follow one vegetable shop from the 6 AM pile to the midnight question. Nobody types anything into a register.

6:00 AM · The overnight pile

Orders piled up in WhatsApp overnight.

Five chats, three voice notes, one “did you see my message?”. You open Flinkk Shop and every one of them is already on one list - sorted by when it's due. Nothing scrolls away. Nothing gets misread.

10:04 AM · The 30-minute dash

Asha needs tomatoes in 30 minutes. Same list.

Quick orders don't break the system - they join it, flagged by due time, right next to the orders due later in the week. And your delivery boy sees only his drops, marks them done, and touches nothing else.

10:00 PM · The AI answers

"Who owes me money?" Just ask.

No reports to run, no dashboard to learn. You ask in plain words; the answer comes from your own numbers - tonight's question, answered in seconds.

Ask your shop: the question 'Who owes me money?' answered with a list of customers and pending amounts

6:00 AM, next day · The AI plans

By morning, it even tells you what to stock.

The same AI has read the week's orders while you slept. Stock more tomato and onion - before the weekend rush asks for them. And when a regular goes quiet, a short brief on your queue tells you before they drift away.

Ask your shop: 'Which items should I stock more of this week?' answered with a bar chart of tomato, onion, carrot and lemon orders

The vision

Every neighbourhood shop in India gets a world-class AI running it.

Big retail chains have floors of analysts. The shop on your street has a notebook and a good memory. We think the shop should win. Flinkk Shop starts with orders, khata and bills on WhatsApp - and grows into the AI that quietly runs the whole shop.

Already running at Madhura Pazhamudir Nilayam, a vegetable shop in Coimbatore.

Your shop. Running itself.

Register your shop, share it on WhatsApp, and tomorrow morning starts with a list - not a pile.

Set up takes a few minutes.

Questions shop owners ask

What does the AI actually do?

Two things today. You can ask your shop questions in plain words - "Who owes me money?", "Best sellers this month?" - and get answers from your own numbers. And when something needs attention, like a regular who stopped ordering, the app shows a short brief on your order queue.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. Customers order inside WhatsApp - the app they already have - or from your shop link in any browser. No install, no account, no password for them.

How do orders reach me?

Orders land in your Flinkk Shop console and on your shop WhatsApp: one live list, sorted by what is due - the next 10 minutes or any day you offer. You confirm, pack and mark delivered in one tap each.

Can customers order for quick delivery?

Yes. Your shop sets its own delivery promise (for example 45 minutes), and quick orders join the same list flagged by due time, next to orders for later in the week.

Can I track khata (udhaar)?

Yes. Every customer has a khata. You add credit and payment entries, and send a polite reminder on WhatsApp with one tap.

Does it work with my existing WhatsApp number?

You connect your shop WhatsApp Business number during setup. Order alerts, bills and khata reminders all go from your own number.
